Replacement for clock movements marked 141-070.  THIS IS NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR OLD REGULATOR AND SCHOOL HOUSE CLOCKS THAT WE SOLD BY EMPEROR IN THE  80'S THAT HAVE 140-070 STAMPED ON THE BACK.  IN THAT SITUATION YOU NEED TO PURCHASE THE 141-040K CLOCK MOVEMENT.  PLEASE CALL WITH QUESTIONS.
