My clock came today and I love it. I like the soothing ticking sound and it just chimed on the half hour for the first time just as I was writing this. I have a Grandfather clock that my dad built in 1978 from one of your kits. The suspension spring broke several years ago. I recently checked your website and found the replacement spring for my clock, and I was able to change it. However, the clock would not run, the pendulum kept stopping. I called your company and I was put in touch with a technician. The technician’s name was Tom and after I sent him photos of the inside of the clock, he was able to tell me how to repair the problem. The clock is now running and keeping perfect time. I cannot thank you enough for your helping me resolve the issue. Your company is awesome and goes above and beyond to help their customers.

We love our new Hermle triple-chime movement that we put in the Emperor Grandfather clock I built in 1974. Our house is so alive with the booming, much richer sound of the new chimes. To you, Sally, I can’t thank you enough for initially answering all of my questions and then “getting me going” with the order. The new movement was here in less than a week. To be honest, I spent four days “looking things over” and wondering “Could I really do this all over again, 44 years later!?” And, just like in 1974, Diana and I worked together to “build a Grandfather clock.” To Tom, thanks for your encouraging words and insights on getting everything going. I just wanted to thank you for providing such great service. My triple chime clock movement (the old one) stopped chiming and the local clock shop wanted nearly $800 to take the movement apart, put in new bushings, clean and put it back together. For $375 I got a brand-new guaranteed movement from you. It’s unfortunate that clockmakers are a dying breed – our society is becoming more and more throw-away by the day. Hello Emperor, I was just showing someone the clock that I built (I think about 25 years ago). It still looks awesome and runs perfect. I can’t remember the model but it has the tubular chimes and we still love it. I just wanted you to know about this amazing product and how much we have enjoyed it over the years. Gentlemen, my deceased father, Ken Poiry, assembled a model 300 series clock for me in 1977. It still keeps perfect time, in fact it keeps much better time than my Rolex watch. I have only oiled it two or three times and it just keeps ticking and ticking. I believe you build one of the finest timepieces in the world. Keep up the outstanding work.
